About Me

If you don't know my name then I'm not sure why you're reading this, so I'll just assume that you know who I am. What you might not know however, is some of my story.

I'm just a normal guy with a normal story you might say. I was born and raised in Southern California, and lived there my entire life. That is, until one week ago...

I am now living in the bustling capital of Taiwan: Taipei, and I must say, I like it here. The food is good and the people are friendly, but you might ask, how exactly did I end up here?

When I was young, I got involved in singing, recording my voice, and acting for a number of productions, many of which were Christian. I was involved in Bibleman, Singing Place, and Mary Rice Hopkins to name a few. As the years went by, I slowly got out of production for some reason or another, but was still in the industry. In college I had worked at Azusa Pacific University as a lighting engineer for many years, becoming involved in live production.

Also throughout my youth I had traveled to various different countries on various different mission trips. I'm not sure why really, but Asia was always the one I returned to. Even after I got to college and I stopped leaving the country, I began getting involved in international leadership at Azusa Pacific University. I soon realized that I had a calling. I could adapt to different cultures and I was able to connect with the Taiwanese students on their level, opening up n incredible window for ministry. I began learning Chinese and trying new foods, all while building new friendships.

Eventually, I even traveled to Taiwan just to visit for a month, and I'm glad I did. I fell in love with the culture and the people, and found adjusting to life here to be quite easy.

So, I decided to come back, this time for quite a bit longer. I'm working at ORTV, a robust and well-known Christian ministry, which has me involved in production as well as writing, all for the purpose of ministry. Be praying for me, and I will try my best to keep you up to date on the work, and the fun, that God is providing here in Taiwan!
